Beauty Tip:- Why you SHOULD EAT Garlic

Garlic2Did I hear you say, Ewwww! I know the smell and all, not many people are fans. But apart from the fact that Garlic helps a lot with colds, it is a miracle food that can combat wrinkles and sagging skin.

Maybe you can consider other ways of consuming garlic without considering the side effects(smell), you can blend Garlic with your tomatoes and pepper for stews etc, season your protein for food. I am sure that would help.
