RECIPE FOR CUCUMBER AND LEMON DETOX WATER FOR BURNING BELLY FAT:

Things you need:

  • 1 medium sized cucumber sliced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon of mint leaves- fresh or dried
  • 2 litres of water

How to Prepare:-

  • In a mason jar or infuser bottle or just a glass, add 1 medium sized sliced cucumber followed by 1 fresh lemon sliced.
  • Now, add in 1 teaspoon of ginger powder and 1 tablespoon of mint leaves.
  • Add in 2 litres of filtered water or coconut water and give the mason jar/glass a shake.
  • Place it in the fridge before bedtime and drink it the next morning on an empty stomach.
