– 4 ½ tsp. cilantro (fresh and chopped)
– 1 chili pepper (chopped and without seeds)
– 1 garlic clove (chopped)
– 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (cottage cheese/ricotta)
– 1 ½ tsp. lime juice
– 1 ½ tsp. lemon juice
– 1/4 tsp. sea salt
– 1/4 tsp. cumin powdered

PREPARATION:
