How I lost 20kg in SIX WEEKS!!!! NO GYM

 

Hello Beautiful people,

This is a talk- through vlog of my weight loss story. I had a baby and gained so much weight that I did not realise.

I however managed to shed the excess kilos in SIX WEEKS!!!!
I am not a gym person so my option was to cut down on food, substitute high calorie meals and engage in physical activities such as Walking and Shopping.

Green Tea and Lemons also saved and helped a great deal.
